Couture Topcoat is a water-based, non-yellowing topcoat offering the look, feel and durability of smooth-varnished or lacquered finishes. This product has little to no odor. Available in 4 different sheen levels: Dead Flat, Matte, Satin and Semi-Gloss. It is extremely easy to apply. It can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed on. Recommended as an excellent protective finish over Paint Couture or Glaze Couture May also be used on surfaces painted with chalk or milk paint. Couture Topcoat is available in quarts and gallons.
